The Role:
How would you like to be our new Customer Experience Representative? Engage with potential and existing customers to deliver quality customer service through phone, email, or even live chat. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure each customer gets the best experience possible!
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Commitment to our company values, P.R.I.D.E.
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Flex scheduling (hybrid role including 3 days in-office and 2 days work from home shifts)
The position is a non-exempt, full-time position – i.e. 40 hours per week (FT)
