The Role:

This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure accurate work along with providing the expected world class customer service Mr. Plumber is known for!

 

Earning Potential $65,000 - $125,000 + per year, PLUS industry leading benefits, PTO, 6 Paid Holidays per year + get paid to take your birthday off, 401(k) with Company match and so much more!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
  • Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
  • Provide customers with information on our PlumbingCare Maintenance Agreements
  • Water Heater replacement and repair
  • Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
  • Drain Cleaning
  • Competent use of conventional sewer machines

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

  • GA State Plumbing License Preferred
  • Residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
  • Leak Location and Repair, a plus
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must pass MVR Test
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
